About Me

I believe that we are all capable of more than we sometimes allow ourselves to believe. My coaching is grounded in a simple ethos that I try to live by myself: be courageous and become the best version of yourself.
My own career has been shaped by change, growth, and a willingness to step into something new.
I began my career as a teacher, where I discovered a real passion for supporting people to learn, grow and realise their potential. From there, I moved into leadership within education, taking on new challenges and developing a deeper understanding of what it means to lead, inspire and support others.
Alongside my experience, I completed a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management, which strengthened my understanding of leadership, organisational culture and personal development.
When my daughter was born, I took another significant step in my own journey and completed my Level 7 Award in Coaching and Mentoring. Becoming a mother brought a period of profound change and reflection. Like many major life transitions, it challenged me to think differently about who I was, what mattered to me, and how I wanted to balance the different parts of my life.
It was during this time that coaching became even more meaningful to me.
I experienced first-hand the value of having a dedicated space to step back, be challenged, explore what was really important, and make sense of the changes taking place. Coaching helped me to find clarity, build confidence and make purposeful decisions during a time when there was no simple roadmap.
Since then, I have continued to develop my coaching practice, coaching and mentoring people across the public sector. I have supported people through a wide range of transitions, from changing careers and stepping into leadership, to navigating motherhood, building confidence and finding a sustainable balance between work and life.
These experiences have reinforced something I strongly believe: sometimes, we don't need someone to tell us what to do. We need the space, challenge and support to discover the answer for ourselves.
That is what I aim to offer through my coaching.
I am now incredibly excited to bring all of these experiences together and branch out into my own coaching business, alongside my continued work in the public sector. For me, this isn't about leaving one chapter behind, it's about creating something that reflects what I value and gives me the opportunity to help even more people.
I know what it feels like to stand at a crossroads, to question what comes next, to juggle competing priorities and to wonder whether you have the confidence to take the next step. I also know how powerful it can be when you find the clarity and courage to do it.
I want to help you find that too.
Whether you are considering a career change, stepping into leadership, navigating a new chapter of life, feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, or simply know that something needs to change, coaching can provide the space to pause, reflect and move forward with intention.
My approach is honest, supportive and empowering. I will challenge you when you need to be challenged, listen when you need space to think, and help you see possibilities that you may not be able to see for yourself.
Because ultimately, I believe in being courageous, embracing growth, and becoming the best version of yourself — whatever that looks like for you.
